Pool Times

Weekly meetings are held throughout the year at 2 different locations (summer/winter) for pool training, refining diving skills, snorkeling, murder ball (under water rugby), generally keeping fit and socialising.

During the winter months, September-May we use the swimming pool at Waterlane Leisure Centre Lowestoft on a Tuesday 9pm-10pm.

During the summer months, June-August we use the outdoor pool at Puddingmoor Beccles on a Friday 7:30pm-8:30pm.
